Review the available drive options and think about what works for your school, workplace, organization, or community group.

Contact Deirdre's House
Share your proposed drive, group, timing, and estimated participation so the team can confirm current needs and instructions.

Collect approved items
Use the current guide provided or approved by Deirdre's House. Share the accepted-item list clearly with participants and avoid collecting unapproved goods.
- 04
Arrange delivery
Contact Deirdre's House to confirm how and when the collected items should be delivered.
Before you begin
A few things make every drive easier
- Confirm the current need before announcing the drive.
- Use the latest approved item list or project guide.
- Do not substitute items without asking first.
- Keep donated items clean, organized, and appropriately packaged.
- Do not include used or opened items unless the guide explicitly allows them.
- Set a collection deadline that works for your group.
- Contact Deirdre's House before delivering a large collection.
- Do not use photographs or stories of child clients to promote the drive.
Final acceptance requirements are determined by Deirdre's House and may vary by drive.
